Gindaco Takoyaki
Actually, on its left, they also serve Taiyaki [たい焼き, literally baked sea bream], fish shaped waffles traditionally stuffed with sweetened azuki bean (red beans) or custard, chocolate or cheese. And on its right they also have Yakisoba [焼きそば, japanese stir fried noodles] . Though the takoyaki's gains the highest popularity and longest queues, I would love to try them out too another day. The green drink by the way is Matcha [抹茶, Japanese milled green tea] with an ice cream float, and it comes as a set by topping an additional dollar.
Takoyaki [(たこ焼き, grilled octopus balls]
One of the authentic tako balls you can find in Singapore, loaded with a generous piece of octopus in every ball. They are slathered with okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayo and topped with bonito flakes. Big Yum! Once you tried it, you'll never want to eat those at Plaza Singapura basement or Takashimaya basement ever again.

9/10 - Maybe there area better ones in Singapore, but these are the best I've tried locally by far. Something I'll not complain to queue up for [other than 4D/Toto]. Just a pity you can't choose the stuffing, I might like to try the unconventional bacon & cheese ones.
